4. Production Time
   Some items are made to order and may require additional lead time. If your purchase is time-sensitive, feel free to email us / reacher out via TikTok & Instagram before placing the order to confirm availability.
5. Sizing & Materials

6. Hand-painted or Dyed Components
   Some pieces feature hand-applied colour or finishes. Minor fading may occur over time or with extended wear, which is a normal feature of handcrafted details.
7. Returns & Refund Policy
   In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging.
   However, we are unable to accept returns for earrings (for hygiene reasons) or for custom/personalised items, unless the item is faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you believe there is an issue with your order.
